Don’t forget the Medal Count Day is on this arvo from 1.00pm. Everyone welcome, bring the family, friends and even your dog (Belly)🤣🤣 🐶
Will be a fun arvo as we review each round across the Shield Teams and see who got the player votes..

The inaugural Ray Willis & Reece Wallace Medal Count Day will be on Sunday 28th February 2021 at Vermont Reserve from 1.00pm.

Each round, at completion of the day’s play, all players in the 1st XI & 2nd XI Shield Teams confidentially voted for their ‘player of the round’ with all votes placed securely in the vault.

In a ‘Brownlow Medal’ style afternoon, we’ll review each round across the 1st XI & 2nd XI teams and call out the 3,2,1 player votes for the Home & Away season for both teams.

With only one game remaining in the Home & Away season, the intel says some close voting, along with some controversial votes that suggests maybe some players liked to vote for themselves…!!

The Ray Willis Medal will be awarded for the best player voted by their team mates in the 1st XI

The Reece Wallace medal will be awarded for the best player voted by their team mates in the 2nd XI. Voting for finals matches still apply, so with the seconds sure to feature, there maybe a chance to rattle the leader board.

This is a casual afternoon and an all ages event for all the family where we encourage everyone to get along for a fun afternoon to review the season and see how the player voting has tolled.

Vermont VIC 3133, Australia
